Beware the fines if you advertise poker site. Especially if you do it during the derby and this is a competing site for your sponsor. One of the jockeys did it when he participated in Kentucky Derby and now is facing a possible fine.
The problem is that the logo of ParadisePoker is the logo of the competing sponsors, and this is regarded illegal. The team of jockey, trainer and managing partner didn’t arrange the appropriate agreement with the racetrack house and violated the rules of the track. Now they are to show up for hearing with the racetrack authorities. Time will show the results. Good luck.
