WMC Industries Inc. received exclusive rights from Harrah’s Entertainment Inc. to use the World Series of Poker brand in slot and video machines. So now, everyone who comes to Harrah’s casinos in July will be able to gamble and simultaneously feel the atmosphere or at least gain some insight into the environment of the renowned tournament.
But the visitors of other casinos don’t have to change their predilections. Such machines will be also available this year in other casinos a bit later than in Harrah’s. So all that is left to players is patience and training. That’s all.
Almost every poker player knows about the WSOP and dreams to participate in it. With the brand implementation in video poker and slots more people will know about the WSOP, and maybe this will increase the number of poker players. And it will create problems to the health ministries. Well, time will show.
