Online poker resolution continues its way in North Dakota. It is well-known that US legislation prohibits online poker. So only amending the constitution will railroad the motion. This can be done by state referendum.
The bill must be reviewed and evaluated by all citizens of the state. Now the situation is as follows: all gambling companies work offshore because of the legislation. This bill possibly will enable their operation in the state.
Of course there is danger that federal legislation will knock down the resolution which will mean the war in legislation for the state. All they need is to get approval from the Department of Justice. What is left to do? Players can cross fingers for the approval now and of course come to referendum to support their favorite game.
