It seems that well-known multi-site series of online poker tournaments – Internet Series of Poker (ISOP) – will not start this year. the cancellation was announced About 6 weeks before the beginning. The main reason for this is in organization.
The basic principle of series is that tournaments are held firstly on separate sites and then one wide-ranging tournament is held at the end of a played year. The problem was that sites didn’t show any willingness to cooperate with each other. The competition is too fierce to enable any partnership and team-play.
