As found in the research carried out by Informa Telecoms and Media, the use of mobile gambling is going to skyrocket within the next 5 years. Asia will be quite a step ahead to be followed by European countries.
The most popular form of mobile betting already offered to users is lotteries. Others include sports betting and casino gaming.
Mobile gambling is still at its dawn stage, however, it can already produce $1.2 billion of revenue a year in Europe and Asia alone. The future of it in the USA is yet unclear. It does have immense room for growth, but greatly depends on whether mobile gambling will be legalized.
Mobile gambling also promises good extension chances for internet casinos. Whatever the future has to hold, it surely has a lot for mobile betting. Go-go!
