Gambling sometimes makes people vanish without a trace. This happened to John Rosholt from Scottsdale, Arizona. His relatives and friends saw him last time in December when he left to Las Vegas for gambling. Then he sank into oblivion.
The fact that the guy went gambling didn’t surprise anyone. He made his living playing poker and managed to earn enough to pay for townhouse and his hobby – rock climbing. The latter is called one of the reasons why he disappeared – he simply went to hike.
Several bizarre things are dealt with the case. His car stood where it was left, locked and untouched. Another strange thing is that the police found January credit card receipt for $9 worth of dry-cleaning. This fact is strange – the man had nothing, which could be dry-cleaned. This only embroiled the case.
Of course, poor guy could be mugged and killed in Las Vegas – maybe some malefactors tracked him down with the winnings and robbed leaving unconscious somewhere in the back alley where... Well, let’s not continue. Family hopes for better.
